Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea (NAAT).
Nucleic acid amplification testing, the most sensitive and specific testing method for these two most common bacterial STIs. Tested from urine sample or swab depending on exposure site.

Syphilis (RPR and TPHA).
Two-stage syphilis testing combining a screening test (RPR) with a confirmatory test (TPHA). Reliable from approximately 4 to 6 weeks after potential exposure.

Hepatitis B and C.
Blood-borne viral hepatitis testing, particularly relevant where exposure risk is elevated. Hepatitis B testing also valuable for users considering vaccination.

Herpes simplex (HSV 1 and 2).
