Our clinic provides every common driver medical in a single appointment of around 30 minutes, with all required components performed on-site and the paperwork signed and returned to you the same day. The exact components depend on the licence type, but always include vision and colour vision testing, blood pressure check, neurological and limb function assessment, cardiovascular review, and a structured review of medical history and medications. For most users, you arrive with your previous paperwork and current driving licence, complete the medical, and leave with the signed form ready to submit.

Before your appointment
Bring four things, leave with signed paperwork
For your appointment, please bring your current driving licence, your D4 form (printed from the DVLA website if not yet completed), glasses or contact lenses if you wear them, and a list of any current medications. If you're managing a condition such as hypertension, diabetes, or sleep apnoea, a recent letter or summary from your GP can streamline the appointment. The completed and signed form is returned to you on the day, ready to submit to the DVLA or your licensing authority.
